Story Games "Social" at Elliott Bay Books

Playing games rocks, but it also doesn't leave much time for socializing! So we've scheduled a "social" meetup, reserved just for hanging out and chatting about games or whatever else we like. For this inaugural Social let's meet at 7:00p.m. in the cafe of Elliott Bay Books on Capitol Hill. They're open until 11:00, have good food, and a nice woody atmosphere. They also have a few euro-style board games on hand for anyone who feels inspired. The meetup is open to all! We welcome regulars and first-timers alike! See you there.
Two notes: Keep in mind that Elliot Bay books has moved to Capitol Hill and this event is *not* at Pioneer Square. The new store is one block east of Broadway between Pike and Pine. If the cafe is hopelessly crowded we'll leave word with a cafe employee and head to nearby Bluebird Cafe (1205 E Pike St) at the corner of East Pike Street and 12th Avenue.

Great turnout! We'll have to make these a semi-regular thing.

We've been talking about doing this, and I think it's a great idea. I'd definitely like for everyone who's been playing to get more chance to talk (out of game) with the folks they've been gaming with.

I think this is a great idea. I have made one meetup, to play, but would love the chance to get together, meet folks, and kick around ideas.
