Heya! Sorry, took me awhile to reply, as I rarely check my profile for messages these days, heh. I friended Karas on animeplanet; my username there is Kaijo.
For me, 4.5 and 5 stars are things I would watch over and over, because I feel they are good. 4 stars is good, might not necessarily watch again, but would recommend. 3 and 3.5 is decent, and probably would recommend. 2.5 and below, though, is mediocre towards awful.
