A great woman once said, "It Takes A Village!"

I started this group several years ago when I was looking for ways to connect with women, find out what their business is, who they are and why they are so passionate about what they do. It has been my experience that making authentic connections is a great way to prosper in life as well as business.
Unfortunately, most of the groups that I attended were centered on networking and I soon learned that most people misunderstand the concept of networking.

Here is a good definition of networking: a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest. (Please notice that nowhere in this definition does it state that you should FORCE your business or product on another person!)

Not being able to find the type of group that I was looking for, I decided to start this group. At first there was opposition because many women were conditioned to making connections based on the misleading networking concept which includes: only one person per industry, minimal time to share who you are and what you do, forcing people to give referrals, a “what’s in it for me mindset”, or people who attend for the food. This type of thinking may help you meet new people but it rarely empowers you in life or business.

If you have attended those types of groups in the past (and it has turned you off of networking groups) then you will LOVE Strategic Partnering Face to Face!

Rather than centering the meeting on food, we center the meeting on people. We gather to find out more about each individual woman, what her needs are (both business & personal) and how we can learn from the collective knowledge of the group.

People often ask me why there is a charge for the meeting. A simple answer to this is that it has been my experience, in the past, that people who are looking for free or low cost meetings are rarely interested in contributing to the success of others. Simply put, you get what you pay for.

No successful woman is successful on her own; there is always someone that was there supporting, encouraging, helping, mentoring, teaching, guiding, crying, laughing and sometimes even holding our hand.

This group is for women business owners, women who work from home, women who work for an employer, stay-at-home moms, and even women who don't work but are looking for opportunities to grow outside of her current situation.

WeI share concepts and strategies that show women how to improve their health, value their self, and increase their wealth with guest speakers and informational tools and strategies.

It is important for woman in business to feel supported. Finding new clients can sometimes put us in a competitive mindset (pricing, marketing, technology, etc.) and this group offers women the opportunity to learn from the collective knowledge of the group, give referrals, find referrals, support other members of the group, promote other members of the group all because we are committed to making personal connections first.

The greatest gift you could ever give yourself is also the wisest business investment you could ever make; your own personal development!

The women in our group gather to connect, support, be inspired, grow her business, learn from the collective knowledge of the group and create authentic relationships.
I believe that women are very powerful. When we bring women together and they have the opportunity to learn from the collective knowledge of the group, it gives them the opportunity to think outside of the box, grow farther than the boundaries they have set for themselves and obtain goals they never thought possible.

This is why our group has adopted a set of Core Values. Core Values assist us in creating an environment within the group as well as giving others who are taking a look at why our group is different an opportunity to see what we are all about.
