Learn to handle stress with a professional. David Singer, M.Ed., holds a masters degree in education (NYU), and is Certified in Hypnosis (United Guild of Hypnotists).
A successful and fulfilling work life is dependent on many things. These include ongoing economic changes confronting us daily, our own career choices, and the ways in which we react, respond to, filter, and cope with work and personal stressors.
Stress Management Services has been providing Stress Management Seminar Training to corporate groups for over 20 years. These workshops include large and small businesses, education institutions – both public and private – as well as training within the medical community. Group size is not a concern: we can tailor a seminar strategy which meets the size, availability, and needs of your staff or workforce.
Participants will exit the workshop training with these questions answered:
• How can I better manage my reactions to situations which I know to be overwhelming?
• How do my ‘thinking patterns’ and reacting impact my work – and how can I control or change these habits?
• Will my health be favorably impacted by stress reduction methods – mentally and physically?
• How can stress at work and home reverse my “burn-out” and diminishing productiveness?
Techniques learned in our workshops include some of the following Stress Management essentials. Participants will learn:
• Several deep relaxation techniques – daily, hourly , and ‘in-the-moment’
• Social de-stressors – guidance on interacting positively
• Understanding and utilizing ‘creative visualization’ as a natural mindful state
• Autogenic Training technique – learning mastery of this simple, tried and true technique
• The simplicity and availably of self-hypnosis, by a certified hypnotist
This will be an opportunity to better understand how you can benefit from such techniques and explorations. More private and in-depth work will be discussed. For further questions, you may call David Singer, M.Ed.. at 1-800-856-5846, or simply bring your inquiries and ideas to the meeting.
