Bad Stress, Good Stress
Learn to live with both. Face it, some stress gets us going and keeps us going, doing those things that are important to us (good stress). But, boy there sure is a lot of stress that drives us nuts (bad stress). This group will look at practical and realistic ways to balance bad stress, good stress, relaxation, and the rest of your life. This will be fun.
Each month we will try one of the methods to get a grip on things, ranging from biofeedback to imagery to meditation, to adding more positivity.
