This group will focus on practical methods for handling Bad Stress and Good Stress on-the-go and when you have quiet moments. We won't concentrate only on just one approach (i.e. meditation) but try the many methods of de-stressing. Sometimes that will be with guided imagery, meditation, passive muscle relaxation, biofeedback, etc. Other times we will look at how our minds push us towards stress and away from relaxation. Cognitive therapy, The Sedona Method, the Work of Byron Katie and more will be introduced.
Goal: Make living better with bad stress, good stress easier in your life.
Meeting agenda: There will be a brief presentation, followed with experimentation with a technique, followed by group discussion.
