This group is for all those Moms who would love to exercise whilst enjoying the fresh air, chatting with friends and spending time with your baby or toddler.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, get fit or just make some new friends then come join our group.  

This group's aim is to arrange meetups at various locations such as lakes and parks that allow us to stride with our strollers whilst enjoying some exercise.
