Interested in fitness conditioning, building cardio, and at the same time learning some basic self defense skills? If your answer is yes, this is the class for you! 

Mondays 7:30pm - 8:30pm 

* Stretching  

* Fitness Conditioning ( light to intense levels) - Plyometrics, sit ups, push ups, some running, calisthenics, skip rope

* Learn and practice basic boxing, striking & kicking, Self defense techniques.

Strike pads and heavy bags will be available.

Only $7 per class.

Perfect for ages 15 - 80 years. 

Casual sports wear, shorts/ sweat pants & t-shirts.
