Interested in conditioning your body, building cardio, and at the same time learning self defense? This is the class for you! Here are the details:
Every Wednesdays 7pm - 8:15pm
Things to bring: hand wrap, strike gloves, and jump rope
(limited # will be available to borrow, so if already have one, bring it)
* Fitness Conditioning ( light to intense levels) - Plyometrics, core conditioning, sit ups, push ups, some running, calisthenics, skip rope, etc.
* Learn and practice basic boxing, striking & kicking, Self defense techniques.
Strike pads and heavy bags will be available.
* Practice with a partner, light sparring, offense/defense techniques, weapons defense, ground work, choking techniques (how much content will be dependent on time remaining)
Only $28/month or $7 per class.
Perfect for ages 15 - 80. Minors must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
Casual sports wear, shorts/ sweat pants & t-shirts.
