Interested in fitness conditioning, building cardio, and at the same time learning some basic self defense skills? If your answer is yes, this is the class for you!
Every Wednesdays 7pm - 8:15pm * Stretching (15 min) * Fitness Conditioning ( light to intense levels) - Plyometrics, sit ups, push ups, some running, calisthenics, skip rope, etc. (20-25min) * Learn and practice basic boxing, striking & kicking, Self defense techniques.
Strike pads and heavy bags will be available.
Only $7 per class.
Perfect for ages 15 - 80 years.
Casual sports wear, shorts/ sweat pants & t-shirts.
