Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. Taught by a certified instructor, it's a total body workout for every fitness level. We incorporate body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby!

Stroller Strides has partenerd with LUNA MOMS CLUB and we offer a weekly playgroup after the workout.
