Stroller Strides® is a total mommy and me fitness program. It includes power walking or running and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for all fitness levels. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage children, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Many of our members start Stroller Strides when their children are older, but you can start as early as 6 weeks.
