Weekly playdates allow parents to regularly meet and discuss what’s on your minds while allowing your children to get in some fun playtime. Plus our Mommies get a much needed break when they attend our fun Mom's Night Out events every month!
Additionally, StrollerFriends offers a chance for those of you who might want to get back in shape after having a little one a way to do it among friends in a positive and encouraging environment. Even if you might be intimidated, discouraged, tired, overwhelmed, and you don't know where to start (trust us, you are not alone!), we invite you to join us for a freeBaby Boot Camp class. You will discover that working out with other moms who understand what you are going through makes being healthy so easy. It is tough to have the determination to get everyone out of the house on time, the tantrums, the hungry baby, and the daily mommy battles we all face. Our classes are a place for women of all ages and stages of motherhood to come together in a non-judgmental place to enjoy time with other women while getting fit AND having a play date for your children.
There is no obligation to attend aBaby Boot Camp class to be a member of our group, but if you are interested in getting fit while spending quality time with your child/children then try your first class forFREE!
It is a fantastic way to become the healthy role model you want to be to your family.
Baby Boot Camp’smost popular class, STROLLFIT, is a 60-minute class. STROLLFIT classes cater to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy and conditioned moms with stroller-aged children. Cardio drills, strength training exercises and stretching increases overall fitness, and the ab assault at the end of class means you get a total body workout! Classes vary with indoor and outdoor locations based on the time of year.
Exercise modifications can be made forprenatalclients, particularly after the first trimester,new momswho are at least six weeks postpartum, and active moms who are ready for an additional challenge.
