Park in the main parking lot. We meet to the right of the community center for our warmup. In addition to your stroller, bring a waterbottle, towel or mat, sunscreen and anything your child might need.
Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies and toddlers. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!" Stroller Strides offers several class formats, which can be taught outdoors or in a variety of unique indoor settings.
Plum Mom's Playgroups and Mom's Night Outs are always free and open to everyone, not just members of Stroller Strides. Come join us for fun and fellowship!
