Young, Wild, and In Key (younger generation ukulele club!)

"Young, Wild and In Key Roseville Music Club"

For the younger generation, (and the young at heart!). Dani Joy, (Stu's daughter) is starting a new ukulele club with a little more modern music (Mumford and Sons, Velvet Underground, Modest Mouse, Christina Perry, Bruno Mars, etc.etc.) as well as some golden oldies: Beatles, Nat King Cole, CCR, Otis Redding, etc.

We will meet on the 2nd Friday night of each month at 7:00. All instruments welcome, (guitar, ukulele, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, etc.)

Loved the Beatles, Van Morrison, and Stones songs! I also like all the songs after the 60's! Suggestion for a different Bruno Mars song-try Count on Me. Its written and performed on a Ukulele.

It was a lot of fun. I like hanging out and playing with a whole other group of people. It's exciting and encouraging to have so many young people loving and grooving on the ukulele. Check it out!

Looking forward to tomorrow night. I'm really a 10 year old in a wrinkled body suit...with a ukulele!

By modern you mean the 90's, right?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
