Delicious recipe for spreading on bread or used as a dip and perfect for Fall!
Pumpkin Cream Cheese
makes about 1 1/2 cups
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (like vegan brand Tofutti)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cover bowl and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before using.
