Ask away Barry, I'm an open book. I think you know me pretty well and where I stand since I've been the Suffolk Party Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer and State Vice Chair. My website speaks for itself and where I stand. People talk to me all the time and ask question. All of the people that attend our meeting month after month who are eligible voting members of the Suffolk County Libertarian Party know me and what I stand for. Again, ask away if there is something you don't know.

wait, I have a good idea Barry -come over on Sunday where most if not all of the voting members of the party will be helping me to hand out literature and knocking on doors.... You can all vet me as we walk together :)

To answer a question that was raised but not answered at last night’s Suffolk LP meeting: Yes, all candidates should be vetted by members. We have always had this right, no matter who the candidate is; why should we lose it now? Members might have all sorts of questions, including what issues will be stressed in the campaign, what resources does the candidate have, etc. There’s no reason why we can’t ask such questions—and no reason why someone seeking our support can’t answer them.

We Libertarians call ourselves the “party of principle.” Let’s keep it that way.
