Considering the number of campaigns that have fizzled due to lack of interest in the past I would have to agree with Ed on this one. Nice idea but no ready made candidate with ground troops assembled and ready to roll- ttyl

we have a lot more to lose in this case then we would have to gain: 1-we'd have to totally shift gears from what we're trying to do (build a movement for next years elections) & 2-if we lose (which would be most likely most definite) the LP will just look amateurish and disorganized.
If we wanted to get into this race then we should have done it before the runners left the start line, not halfway through the third lap. We've got a great plan fermenting, let's get on with it and show LI what the LP can really do.
