Tai Chi exercises the joints and the whole body; it nourishes the spirit, aligns the mind, and stimulates our internal enviroment to attain a sense of balance which is essential for the health of our body, mind and spirit. Persistent practice on a daily basis is paramount to the achievement of this balance.
We are teaching and practicing the traditional 98 form Sun style Tai Chi. This elegant and non-vigorous set of exercise is suitable for poeple of different ages. Sun Tai Chi will teach you relieve stress, improve balance and increase the mobility of your knee and hip joints. If you have been practicing the more popular Yang style Tai Chi and having knee stress problems, you should come and try out the Sun style Tai Chi with us. Beginners are welcome, please just come and enjoy the classes...the classes start from 9am~10:00am at Walnut city Suzanne Park every Sundays . First trial class is free!
