Withlacoochee River South Paddle Trail

we will meet at the R V park . leave  our kayaks. drive to Dunnellon  Wayside park. leave cars there and drive 1 car  back to dade city .


you need to have all the gear that you require for 3 nights of camping.

you are required ( by law ) to have at least a PFD and a whistle .

this is a 4 day paddle up to 20 + miles a day.

we will meet at 7 am. ( you can camp at RV park on fri. you make your own arrangements )








day 1 Lacoochee to Iron Bridge or Hog Island 21 miles
day 2 Iron bridge to Wynnhaven or camp in State forest or Flying Eagel Ranch 14 miles
day 3 to Potts 20 miles?
day 4 out at Dunnellon 21 miles?

    Just curious are just the two of you going as I see there is a wait list and only two signed up. But others have said they want to go. Is these a hunting expedition to check out the paddle trail and water levels??????
