I'll take this opportunity to reply and say how much I enjoyed your presentation Monday night at Bill Jacksons.....please add my email address to your future notifications, if any, for any activities,
especially group hikes both in Florida and the A.T.....I purchased the "PocketRocket" and cooked a cup of rice today....it boiled 2 cups of water in less than 3 minutes...it really gets hot....I need to get a heat diffuser....
I assume your bike is for ladies only, and I do know someone who may be interested....did you purchase the bike new ??...and from whom ??... I recently purchased an "el cheap o" from Walmart for $100...it to was an aluminum frame....I only ride for exercise...

Subject: [Suncoast-Florida-Trail-Hiking] any bikers?
Hello my hiking friends-I see on the posts that some of you canoe and kayak-does anyone bike? The reason I ask is that I have a bike for sale. I used it for three triathlons in 2005 (trained on a different bike). So it was only used for three 12 milers. Am concentrating on hiking and running, so no more tri’s.
It is an excellent racing bike-- 26” wheel, Trek 1000 with Shimano derailleur, light weight aluminum frame. Paid $550, can say bye-bye for $400 OBO. Just reply here if interested and we can work out details. Happy trails to you until we meet again—geesh...I remember that song as a kid—Roy Rogers! Mapmaster (Linda) J
