HR (Health Realization) is a framework for understanding ourselves that proposed that each of us has an inherent, natural , and balanced mental state. That all we need to do to access it is to allow the chatter of our minds to fall away. Join us in a quite meditative space to practice accessing our own internal wisdom and sharing our path in doing so.
