Please join us as we Live Better, Help Often and Wonder More!
Every Sunday Assembly features great rock songs, inspirational speakers and, the most important part - tea and cake afterwards.
It's all the best bits of church - without religion or God. It's just a group of people who want to celebrate life and help each other live to the fullest extent possible.
The theme for our next Assembly is The Importance of Storytelling in Identity and Heritage. Our guest speaker is Wesley Enoch an Australian playwright and artistic director of Murri descent from Stradbroke Island and he is a proud Noonuccal Nuugi man. The plays he writes and those he directs deal with issues of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and the complexities of Australian race relations.
At the end of this Assembly we are having a Congregation Meeting. This is a chance for all members of the Sunday Assembly congregation to come together and share ideas about how we can Live Better, Help Often and Wonder More. Be a part of developing the vision for the future of our Assembly and how we can all get the most out of this amazing community that we are a part of.
