Sunset - Child of Light Ritual at Golden Gardens
***If you have RSVPed for this through one of our other meetups please do no RSVP here.. as we've got you counted! \\yay//!
The calling is clear and persistent…do you hear it? Can you feel it… let us gather together on the beach when the Sun is near setting in the west, in a gentle casual supportive circle where we will collectively create healing sacred synergy using the Ritual of Lothloriën and The Child of Light Ritual. Pssssst ... don't keep this a secret! ... invite your friends too! - all ages are welcome
The Child of Light Ritual is to lend positive and healing energies, friends, family the Earth, and you! The Members of the Galadhrim perform the Child of Light Ritual once every month at the time with the First Quarter Moon so this is a wonderful time to join in! Any requests of a personal nature for healing or blessings are most welcome so bring them with you or post them here on the meetup site and we will add them to our healing intensions (prayers).
Womn will be hosting Lothloriën’s Child of Light Ritual on location! Golden Gardens is located in Ballard on Puget Sound; this popular park offers extraordinary views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains! Prior to the Ritual we will be painting prayer flags, drumming and singing or even just enjoying the sand between our toes! If you can show up early and help carry things to the ritual site please email WoMN directly though the meetup site.
This first quarter Moon will be Sagittarius. The Sagittarius Moon can be described as radiant, fun and visionary bringing many things, such as healing and ideas into fruition. It’s a perfect Moon to engage in a healing ritual for those whom seek healing energies and for the healing of the Earth and Her oceans.
Time: We will be free form drumming, painting prayer flags and singing (or you can play on the beach) beginning at 6:00 pm and the Ritual will begin promptly at 7:30 and will run to 8:30. The park is open until 11:30 pm so you are welcome to stay at the beach. Many people have beach fires and at times it’s nice to enjoy the boats going in and out of the Bay. Or bring along your dinner as surely once you get there…you won’t want to leave! Kellie is going early to save us a bonfire pit...so if you have handy firewood you can bring... please do!!!
