Welcome to Super-Fun-Moms!
We're an outgoing, active, down to earth, creative bunch of women, and we wanna have some fun with our kids! Our group is a valuable resource of just what there is to do in the DC, MD and VA area! You'll find all sorts of parks and playgrounds listed that you probably did not even know existed! You'll take museum trips, participate in fun activities, and best of all, you'll have an outlet where you can make friends & have an adult conversation throughout your day!
BRAND NEW - the option for our members to create their very own events - they'll be published to the whole group once you get just 3 RSVPS from other members!!

* CLICK JOIN, and FILL OUT A PROFILE, WHICH INCLUDES A PHOTO OF YOURSELF.
* MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE A photo of yourself, facing the camera - (we don't know who to look out for at events otherwise)!
This groups' calendar has approx. 1-3 events per day, for the 0 - 7yr old age group, and includes story times, in-home playgroups, sight-seeing, lunch dates, music & movement classes, park & picnic playtime, moms night outs, vineyard trips and much more! We encourage our moms to host their own events in order to find the moms who are most local to them! You can easily suggest ideas for new calendar events & we'll get them posted to our events calendar.
Many of our moms have kids who have aged out, but who still want to meet for coffee, or drinks/dinners. Don't feel like just because you don't have your kid in tow, that you can't come to an event, or create an event!!
We have a wealth of fun events on our calendar for the Washington DC area! You can log on and click on "Past Events" and pull up great activities to do with your own family around the MD, DC and VA areas or you can ask us to re-do any past event!!
When you log onto our group via meetup.com you'll always see a menu on the left hand side of our page. The following links are the most important part of our group. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with each of them!
CALENDAR: On our calendar you'll find all the meetups that we've had, and that are coming up. Please browse through it, and every time you see something you'd like to attend, RSVP, yes, no, (and sometimes there is a maybe option). If an event isn't at a good time for you, please indicate that on your RSVP and suggest a new date and time to add the event again.
IDEAS: If you can't make it to an event, or you missed a fun event, click on ideas and add it as a suggestion with a date for a new event, and we'll get it put back on the calendar.
MESSAGE BOARD: We swap, sell, and trade clothes, toys etc.,
PHOTOS: Many of us take our cameras with us to events and upload the photos afterward to the calendar event listing's photo album. It's really nice to look back through all the past events and see the changes in our children over time! We hope you'll add to our photo albums as well!
You can view all of our photo albums (it will show the photo album that has just had pictures added to it first) but by scrolling down below that one, you'll see the very long list of albums from all of our events that you can click on and browse through.
