We are a bunch of running enthusiasts who like to get together and explore Diablo Valley. We want to have folks to run with and help us all train for our next endurance event. All levels of runners are welcome to join us but know that in general we are slower runners (about 10-11 min miles) We are happy to explain the route we are doing on a given day if you are faster. We take care of each other and our leader Zander wants to ensure that you are safe and having fun.
We just ask that you take care of your own running and nutritional needs. (I.e. bring your own water and gels, chomps, etc)
