We generally have good weather and summer type waves, good for beginners. It is a bit of a hike, somewhat of a mini road trip. A surf trip. It's a ritual, early morning coffee, good conversation about surf on the road, and meeting the locals once we get there. It's a short wait in line for the parking lot to open. We shoot the breeze with the car in front or in back, share coffee and then get our spot in front of the point we will be going out on. Talk to some more locals and lesson starts 6:30 am. We'll get in the water about 7:30 or 8:00am. It's a trip and an adventure. You'll be standing up before summer with a few more mornings like this. Get fit now. Remember that the minimum to book is $10 and you can also pay your full fee now instead of the minimum, or pay balance when we meet. I will discount your fee $10.00 less if there is more than one student when we start having more than one student starting in may. See ya in the water!

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled
  • the Meetup is rescheduled

Additional notes: However, if member should have to cancel or reschedule, everything is refunded less $20.00. If $10.00 was the only payment received to reserve initial date, that minimum fee is not refundable. Please read preface of meet up group for explanation.
