I'll be on vacation so time for some Beach workouts at Windansea.

Ready for some SEAL Team inspired work outs? These workouts are performed right where the waves crash on the beach. The goal is to get in shape while we get pounded by the waves at the same time. This helps you to "embrace the suck" which means to love the pain. Before you know it, you'll actually begin to love getting hit by some big waves.

The difficulty level will be determined by the ability of the people that show up but be ready to compete the "circle of death" routine.

What to bring- rash guard, surf shorts, Vaseline (to prevent from getting chaffed by your shorts), swim fins, mask, water. For you ladies- bikinis do not work well at all for these workouts. For guys- trust me, the Vaseline is absolutely necessary for this type of workout.
