Join me Simon, SAWW leader on this walk. The snow may have defeated us in January, but here's another chance to follow in the footsteps of Great British legends such as Enid Blyton and, er, Scary Spice on this jaunt above the Thames Valley taking in Spade Oak Nature Reserve, great views, Chiltern woodland and a farm shop visit on the way back.
Meet Simon at the car park, GR: SU884875
Directions: from A404 take A4155 signed Bourne End. After 1.5 miles pass sign indicating entry to Bourne End and turn right into Coldmoorholme Lane. Car park is on right after 0.5 miles. Nearest post code is SL8 5PT but stay on Coldmoorholme Lane to car park.
Or Car share: 9.30am, Bolder Mere car park, Old Lane off M25 J10 slip road to A3 south. Nearest Post Code: KT11 1NR
