Join walk leader Alison for a walk around her neighbourhood area of Claygate and Arbrook Common – pub lunch – we’ll visit Ruxley Towers a victorian edifice constructed by Lord Foley and also former home of Ronnie Wood. After lunch we'll continue our stroll to Telegraph Hill with it's semaphore station built in 1822 to transmit messages between the Admiralty and Portsmouth (now a private house).
Optional Coffee/Tea at end of walk at Joan’s Tea Room in Oaken Lane.
FOUR LEGGED COMPANIONS VERY WELCOME
