Sorry folks, the walk is off - I have to postpone this one. The roads locally to me are very icy and I think Coldmoorholme Lane (start point) may be even worse.

I may try to do the walk again on 23 Feb ... watch this space.

Sitting here late Friday morning, it's not looking good. I am now doubtful the walk will go ahead but I will post something definitive before 9am Saturday.

    Folks,

Snow is forecast for Friday and Saturday. I have no problem with leading a walk in the snow (in fact I'd love it!) but I only have a tiny car and if there is significant snow on the roads I would not be able to make it to the start.

At the moment, I would guess that I will be able to make the start but please check back here on Saturday morning before setting out for the walk. I will post an update on Saturday morning before 9am.

    Simon
