Community Resilience Planning Workshop - Car Pool Available !

The Masters Program in Sustainability Studies at the Ramapo College of New Jersey invites you to join us for a morning workshop on Community Resilience Planning, to further your efforts to move toward a more sustainable future. If you are working toward sustainability goals, do come to The Trustees Pavilion at the Ramapo College of New Jersey, on November 1, 2013, from 9 AM through 2 PM. For more information on the event, and to register, visit our Registration page at:

The purpose of this panel discussion and workshop is to provide communities in Northern New Jersey with cutting-edge tools and techniques to move beyond mere climate- and disaster-preparedness toward a state of dynamic resilience. Think of it as a sustainability "clinic," where we will help you anticipate problems you might encounter and assist you with trouble-shooting your way around obstacles you have already encountered in your efforts to attain your sustainability goals.

If you have questions, or would like additional information, please contact Ashwani Vasishth, Director, Sustainability Studies, at the Ramapo College of New Jersey.  Car pool from Jersey City available - contact Deb Italiano at[masked]-9839.
