What would help make Jersey City more sustainable, in your view?

I believe JC needs more green infrastructure requirements for new developments and better incentives for new construction and alterations.

I've lived in JC for over 12 years and I'd like to see JC become as sustainable and "green" as other nearby cities (Philly & NYC). It seems there's a lot of room for improvement with all of the flooding and CSO issues we have here....
