Make SLN even better!

Come tell the group what you want it to do for you! This will be a circle meeting (ala the Transition Handbook) where we all sit as equals and the organizers will take down your ideas for what you want SLN to be and how they can make it happen. What do you want to do? What do you want to learn? How can a huge network of people interested in sustainability help you in your own goals and dreams? How can we make meaningful connections and friendships? How can we help your business? Let us and everyone else know and hear and discuss what other you think. Plan get-togethers and classes and find out what others can do and what you know that you can teach. We can talk about anything you want at this meeting and we'll have some food and a good time while we're at it. This is not just a boring planning meeting, its a super awesome fun get-together and share ideas meet-up! Goodman Community Center, Bolz Room A

Yay! So many good ideas. My main follow up from the meeting was to post new MeetUps at local restaurants across the area... Those should be up by the end of the night.

I'm so glad I was able to make it tonight and meet all you lovely people! I'm looking forward to participating in this group and getting to know you all better. And on my walk from the Goodman Center I saw a flyer for an event I'd like to attend and would love to have some company at. It's the Madison Food Camp ( on Sat 4/7 and it's happening at the Goodman Center. I'll post it to the group. Looks really neat. And it's DIY, so you could even sign up to lead a session if you'd like!
