I was unable to make the meeting. How was it? Can someone fill me in. I would like to have a circle started in Smithfield. Please keep me posted.

You should probably contact amy at apeiron.org to find out what might be in your area.

    Hi Everyone!
Thank you for all of your interest! Just to clarify a bit about the event and hopefully answer any more questions: the goal of our event on Thursday is to launch the first round of study circles all over Rhode Island (and MA). At the event we will give you all the tools and materials you need to start your own study circle in your community or connect you with people in your area that are starting a circle group. These circles will operate at the time and place that works best for that group's members (weekly or biweekly). If you cannot make it to the informational launch on thursday, email your contact information and the area that you live to [masked] or [masked] and we will send you more information and put you in contact with other circlers in your area! I hope to see you all on Thursday!

I'd be interested in participating in this. I'm in the Upton MA area. I have a pretty busy schedule but if these meetings fell on a day that worked for me, I'd be interested in meeting other like minded people and learning more about things we can be doing at home and in our communities to increase how sustainably we live.

Hi Terri! You should definitely come to our event on thursday where we will be launching the first round of circles all over Rhode Island. You will receive all the tools you need to start a circle in your area or join a circle that someone else may want to start!

    Hi Stu,
You should definitely come to the first meeting, at which we will be forming circles, so you will likely be able to find one that works with your schedule. I think very few people make every single one, but making most every one is what creates the magic.

I am interested but I don't know if I could make it to every meeting. I know I can't make the first one. Is is OK to miss some?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
