Steven this my first ride tomm I am wondering I am more of a trail ethusiastic and not really into crazy trails where I may have to wear body armour I am unsure If this bike ride would be suitable.

I am incredibly intrigued by all of the great trails you have out here, and would love to join you on your ride on Sat, but alas, I have a mtn bike only till today. Hi Steven, Welcome to Ecospirit!

Its up to each AO to determine what level their rides will be and they are being posted. My Sunday morning ride is intermediate advanced and we get pretty good turn outs a lot of the time. Anytime I post a Super D race pace multi lap training ride no one signs up. I don't know what we'll do about the Wednesday Shore Ride. I may start a Wednesday Woodlot ride and I will be doing rides in the Fraser Valley or Whistler Wednesdays probably something local Tuesdays.
