Mindfulness is fast becoming the leading and cutting edge means for the corporate world to move into the next phase of greater business awareness, productivity, satisfaction and teamwork. This is a time of great positive change for the business world, and the potential for that change comes from within each individual and their ability to be CREATIVE, FOCUSED, STRESS FREE, OPEN MINDED, TEAM ORIENTED, EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT, SELF-CONFIDENT and COMMUNICATIVE.
Bringing Mindfulness practices into the workplace decreases the amount of stress experienced and clears the mind; increases focus and concentration; enhances compassion for others; develops skillful means and new ways to solve problems. By clearing the mind you can transform resistant or nonproductive attitudes; increase listening and communication skills; encourage team cooperation; and enhance productivity and creativity.
