Do you know how to tap into your courage when facing the most difficult decisions, such as professional transitions? Courage is actually one of the most critical drivers of success, and this is especially true for entrepreneurs and business leaders. However, many go off track, falling into a self-defeating cycle of fear and paralysis that prevents them from seeing opportunities that may be right in front of them.
This highly interactive one-and-a-half-hour workshop will show you how to discover your true inner courage, how to understand and face up to the fear and paralysis that may be holding you back, and how to leverage your courage for success. Topics covered will include:
• Understanding the self-defeating cycle of adversity, fear, and paralysis
• How fears become dealers, and how to turn fear into your creative advantage
• The kind of courage that’s needed for business success—it’s not the kind of courage we’ve been trained to admire
• How to use courage to drive decision making, strategy, innovation, and creativity
• How to lead with courage and how to inspire courage in others
Participants will also be invited to bring real-life challenges into the discussion, and to use the practical techniques covered to address those challenges.
The truth is that the world needs more courageous people if we are going to solve the very big problems we now face—as a society, as a country, and as a worldwide community. This workshop will show you how to find and use your innate courage to make an even bigger impact on the world for good.
