What is Prana yoga?
Prana yoga is the embodiment of the rhythmic life force itself. It is an energetic, creative, fluid approach to embodying the flow of yoga inspired by a series of many poses that also gives you a mild cardio workout. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and consciousness. Here, we engage a way of liberating the natural flow of our body and innate intelligence while riding the waves of our breath.
The physical rewards include increase in body strength and stamina, while mental and emotional rewards include a sense of grace, clarity, and resiliency.
