SCH November Event: Fermentation series: Bread Baking with a Starter (Sourdough)

Sustainable Capitol Hill Presents:

Great for breadmaking beginners, and experienced bread bakers interested in learning a new technique. Based on the "5 Minute Bread" method, this will allow you to make one large batch of bread dough with a starter, instead of commercial yeast, that you can use over the next few days. Please note, this bread will not actually be sour.
