Caught cold and not feeling at my best, I will skip the game and keep the cold to myself.

OK, so here's the decision. Tala, Paul, Navneeth and Aviv will seed the[masked] table. James, Santana, Darshan and Saif will seed the 20-50 table. Joel, Katherine, Vince and I will fill the two open seats on either table after a brief preference discussion upon arrival on game night. I think it should work out pretty well. Sean is guaranteed a seat at 9:30. Vlad is next on the 7:30 waiting list if someone cancels. Abraham is a remote ploxibility for a late seat.

Based on who is interested to play, if I open a second table, I'm tempted to do different buy-ins but same blinds/antes/bring in, to accommodate lower stakes players. The "kid's table" might be $20 - $50 buy-in. Before I do anything, if you are interested in the lower buy-in, please reply on this thread. If you are interested in the buy-ins as stated in the original invitation, please don't reply or post.

    What's $0.10 ante, $0.50 bring-in mean?

    February 24, 2014

    • James

Is the ante for the non-blind players or them too?

      February 25, 2014

And, does fast action mean anything other than we always do (i.e. dealing the cards ASAP...)?

    February 24, 2014

    • David E

The # of players and blind/ante structure make for fast action.

This is not a low stakes or beginners game. These usually get pretty big. Though I have kept the buy-ins modest by some measure.
