OUTDOOR Saturday Bootcamp!

We promptly begin warmups for "Sweat" Bootcamp at 8:30 a.m., followed by 45 minutes of full-body fitness circuits, sometimes creative mini-obstacle courses utilizing a multitude of equipment and exercises.

At 9:30 we begin "Stretch", a 15-minute Yoga and/or stretching-based routine, which serves as a cool down to "Sweat". "Stretch" ends at 9:45.
