Hi there! I am interested in attending some of these sessions.. I run pretty regularly but don't have a whole lot of muscle strength, is there any particular session that I should come to or just jump right in?? Thanks! :)

It was an all over soreness, but my thighs were especially bad. It was pretty difficult to make it up and down the stairs.
Quinn, welcome to the Herndon Tennis Meetup! We are all about the 3-3.5 level with some at a higher and some lower. We welcome everyone though and are all out to just have fun! Hope to see you out soon. The weather is so nice, how could you pass it up? haha
