Vast Fitness is between sessions, which means all Betties and Buddies are invited to join Vast Fitness Vet, Kelsey, for interim week KOOL AND KILLER WORKOUTS, Mon, Wed and Friday, modeled after the style of VAST FITNESS coach KERRY MOORE'S bootcamps. These sessions are free. It's a great chance to get a taste of VAST FITNESS and meet some new pals.   Bonus:  the mornings are getting lighter and warmer--all the more reason to get up, get out and join us!

      Just something to keep your hands warm and dry while doing push-ups and stuff on the artificial turf--I like using rubbery grip gardening gloves because they don't get as wet, but any old gloves will do.
