To exercise I enjoy the following activities:

Volleyball, running, lifting, yoga, pilates, rollerblading, tennis, golf, paddleboarding, kaykaing, hiking. Thinking about trying to start train for a sprint tri next summer so need to hit the pool and buy a bike! If anyone is interested in forming a training team let me know!

I usually workout these days/times:

5am to 7am weekdays and a little later on the weekends if possible :) Usually don't work out in the evenings on my own, but I will if I'm meeting a friend or going to a class, etc..
