This is a 2 part event: You can do both portions: running/ walking then bootcamp. OR if you want to join us for the bootcamp portion only, that works too!
We will run for ~20-25 minutes along Myrtle Edwards Park (OR WALK! just meet us after at the top of Sculpture Park by 10:50sh)and do a ~40 mins bootcamp style full body workout on the grass. I promise to try to make you sore the next day ;) Up for the challenge, then let's do it!
Then... maybe cold drinks and/or coffee at Uptown after?!
