Sweden Pluralsight Study Group is a group for curious developers with a deep desire to learn and meet likeminded developers. Devs that wants to stay up to date and expand their knowledge.

By using the large Pluralsight library full of great tutorials by known and trusted authors in a workshop environment we will definitive have the right tools and people on board. With high paced and compact educational seminars in a relaxed environment with passionate developers we strive to make the most out of the little time we have. And it will be fun!

The meetings will be held at the Dotnet Mentor office in central Gothenburg, and Dotnet Mentor will provide food, drinks and loads of coffee.

Pluralsight offers us full access to their beautiful library so we can indulge like never before in quote:‘hardcore developer training’ during the meetings (we will do our best to live up to that tagline! Because we are indeed hardcore developers!).

We also have, of course, their full support and we will be keeping an open communication line with the Pluralsight office. The authors are probably also very eager to get some feedback, so let’s do that! Now, how do we do this?

It will go something like this:

Start: Monday Sept. 3

Tutorial: Building HTML5 and JavaScript Apps with MVVM and Knockout (This tutorial spans over 4 meetings)

17:30 – food and drinks! Everybody is probably starving at this time

18:00 -19:00 Tutorial time

19:00 – 19:15 Mingle / discussions

19:15 – 20:30 Workshop 3 - 4 Mondays in a row, then a week or two off before we start again.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
