Do we have to pay to carpool?

    March 28, 2014

    • Janet N.

Hi Karen, I have 3 hitch hikers in my car but there will be other drivers. You can check in the am or any other drivers out there can leave a message here on meet up. As far as paying, that's up to you if you want to help with gas money for the driver. As far as my hitch hikers I have never asked but I have found $ in my car that they have left behind.

The field trip is still a GO! So here is the plan:
1-Meet at the meetup place-Chapel Hill Rd.-if it is raining at this time, meet me INSIDE of McDonalds.
    2-Leaving sharply at 7:40am
3-After arrival at Old Car City
    a. RAIN-I plan to go to the best restaurant across the street-Westman's Restaurant, drink coffee and have some breakfast and discuss the rain, whatever floats our boat :) Presently, rain is in the morning and slight showers in the afternoon. I just spoke with Mr. Old Car City man and he hasn't seen a drop all day. Next, if we decide it's a no-go...then we will go to:
Plan B-Tellus Museum is 20 minutes away. I have talked to them this morning- no tripods-monopods are ok to bring in. If Plan B doesn't work then let's go to...
    Plan C-go home

With the weather as it is, I am going to cancel tomorrow. Just got back from a cruise Saturday pm and "overseeing" the cutting of 12 trees in my yard this week, I am tired. Some rest is in order. Hope you guys have fun.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
