Hi, Melissa. You don't have to bring an appetizer if you are bringing wine---it would need to be vegan, like hummus and crackers or nuts, etc. Be sure to bring a plate/fork/knife/cup/napkins. And yup, my cat was huge in that photo---24 pounds!
