This is a Beginner/Novice level series where all we need is YOU. If you are new to Lindy Hop, a little rusty, or haven't danced in awhile - this series is for you.

Jump into some fun and be ready to tear up the dance floor in no time! This progressive class will teach you the basic patterns of the 8-ct Swingout. Then each week you'll continue to learn new moves, new patterns, and new combinations to keep your dance bag-o-tricks growing. Giving you enough "Lindy Tools" to keep you dancing on the first night.

Swing into some fun and you'll be ready to tear up the dance floor in no time! Lindy Hop evolved in the late 1920s as a street dance where people gatehred together and danced to jazz and big band music. It is characterized by an 8-count slotted "swingout". This style emphasises on improvisation and the ability to easily adapt to include other steps in 8-count and 6-count rhythms. It has been danced to almost every conceivable style of music: slow or fast. vintage or modern.
